Hi,

My name is Patricia, and i am Lucía, Bruno and Nico’s mum.

CASA FILOMENA is the result of many years of work pursuing a

childhood dream. As a child, i used to play kitchens for hours and host

my dolls in a nice wooden house.

comes to life. You have to imagine it first. And then you have to work a

Graduated in Law, and after 6 years working in tax advice, I decided to

leave a steady job to dedicate myself to cooking, my great passion.

Initially, i did a complete training in cooking at the Hofmann Hostelry

School, which i later completed with a master’s degree in Nutrition and

Public Health at the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya).

After more than 12 years devoted to the exciting world of catering and

restaurant advice, i opened Casa Filomena Cooking School in January

2019 to transmit to young and old my love for cooking and healthy

eating.

And finally, the time to carry out my big project arrived.

Nowadays i feel very lucky to be able to combine my two passions:

my family and CASA FILOMENA.

From CASA FILOMENA, i want to share my way of life: love for things

well done, love for small details, longing for a conscious life, respect

and care for the environment, enjoyment of unique moments and

enjoyment of simple things.
